We inform you that, due to the prosecution of COVID-19 epidemic and its unforeseable development, in order to grant the safety of the attendees to the exhibition and the usual success of the event, the 53rd edition of Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna is postponed to 2021 on the days that will be soon announced. We invite you to follow here the official updatings about the exhibtion.
The request of refund for the tickets purchased for Cosmoprof Bologna 2020 is temporarily suspended waiting to have clarifications about the most lawful procedure to follow.
As a matter of fact, until today, the SIAE (the Italian authority responsible for ticketing) prevents organizers from reimbursing tickets in cash for postponed events over 365 days, but admits the recognition of a credit (voucher) instead.
We are already working with the competent institutions to evaluate a different solution, so that we can accept requests of refund in cash, submitted after 28th April 2020, date of the announcement of the postponement of the 53rd edition of Cosmoprof to 2021. We will publish all the updates here.

TRENITALIA: travellers can obtain a full refund for journey cancellation on tickets that have been purchased regardless of the fare, by submitting a request within the time period indicated in the relevant national provisions for journeys scheduled in order to take part in school trips, competitions, demonstrations, events or meetings that have been cancelled, postponed or suspended according to the provisions issued. ITALO TRENO: for journeys from/to Lombardia, Veneto and Emilia Romagna regions, tickets are refundable only if booked by March 2nd 2020 included; for any other italian destinations, tickets are refundable if booked until 9 march 2020 included. The refund application can be made by calling +39 060708 or by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org paying attention to write in the object only the PNR (ticket code).
